We believe your story belongs to you. Here is how we handle the information you choose to send.
Before publishing this site: The testimony form uses a third-party email-forwarding service and requires email verification by the ministry owner. Please review this page for accuracy and adjust it if your handling practices change.
Information you send
When you use the testimony form, you may choose to provide your name, email address, a story or prayer request, and your sharing preference. Name and email are optional. When you email us directly, we receive the information you include in that email.
How submissions are used
Our Faith Stories receives submissions to read testimonies, respond when contact information is provided, consider stories for possible publication with the storyteller's permission, and pray over requests. Submitting a testimony does not automatically publish it. If you indicate that your message is private, it is not intended for public sharing.
Third-party form service
The testimony form sends information to FormSubmit.co, a third-party service that forwards submissions to the ministry email inbox. Their systems may process or retain the information you send under their own policies. Please avoid submitting financial details, medical records, account numbers, or identifying details about children or other people. If you are uncomfortable using a third-party form, you may email us directly instead.
Public sharing
We seek direct permission before publicly sharing a story. We may suggest edits to protect privacy or improve clarity, but the storyteller's approval comes first. Once something is shared publicly online, it may be copied or re-shared by others.
Site technology
This website does not include advertising trackers or an analytics service in its code. It uses a third-party font service for typography and links to external social media sites. Those providers may collect technical information when their resources or websites are accessed. Hosting infrastructure may maintain standard security logs.
Questions, changes, or removal requests
To ask about a submission, correct information, or request removal of content we published, email mommajowiley@ourfaithstories.com. We will review requests as reasonably possible. We cannot control copies made by other websites or users.
